Program Fees
A total of $40.00 in required fees is charged per credit hour. Find the breakdown below:
- Information Technology Fee: $10
- Library Fee: $6
- Academic Excellence Fee: $10
- Student Identity Compliance Fee: $10
- Access and Security Fee: $4
One-time graduation fee of $95 (post-graduate), $85 (graduate) or $60 (undergraduate) and non-refundable application fee of $50 for doctoral programs and $30 for all other programs and certificates may be applicable. Students may also incur a minimum $50 fee per Late Admission and per Late Course Addition. Late Admission fee must be posted by 5 p.m. CST.
All prices are subject to modification by the Board of Trustees for Arkansas State University. The university reserves the right to change the cost of tuition and fees at any time if such action is deemed necessary. The Arkansas State University System Faculty and Staff tuition waiver does not apply for any degrees offered through the Academic Partnerships initiative.
Payment Information
Payments can be made in two ways:
- Pay Online (MyBill) - pay with Credit Cards (2.95% service fee will apply to debit/credit card payments) or Bank Account (Web-check is a free option)

Your course(s) must be paid for in full by the Payment Deadlines located here. Checks and any other forms of payment submitted via U.S, mail should be sent at least two weeks prior to the payment deadline. Payment plans are not an option for Academic Partnerships/A-State Online students.
Third-Party Billing
If you are using third-party billing, please fill out the third-party billing form well before the payment due date.

Tuition Grant/Scholarship Eligibility
To maintain eligibility for any grant/scholarship awarded through the Academic Partnership program, in addition to any academic standard, students must remain continuously enrolled in courses through program completion.
