District Level Administrator (superintendent) credentials authorize oversight across an entire district — all schools, the central office, and reporting to the school board. This program leads to District Level Administrator licensure; A-State’s Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, Principalship leads to Building Level Administrator licensure.
