The SLLA (Praxis 6990) is a four-hour, ETS-administered exam required in Arkansas and many other states for principal and assistant principal licensure. It’s divided into two sections — roughly 120 selected-response questions and four constructed-response questions — built around the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL). This program’s curriculum is designed around those same standards; courses including Ethical Leadership (EDLE77203) and Leading School Improvement (EDLE77573) directly address SLLA content areas such as ethical leadership and school improvement planning.
