    We need effective educational leaders who can utilize theory and proven approaches to inform practice. My classes are designed to allow learners to become scholarly leaders and practitioners.

    Mistakes happen. The important thing is to learn from them and improve yourself continuously. Learning may be stressful at times; do not forget to enjoy learning!

    Knowing your students individually and targeting their unique strengths and weaknesses!

    Poor well-being of the educational workforce due to excessive workload and lack of support.
