  • What is the one book you think everyone should read?

Just one? Here are a few that had an impact on my life.

The Gospels in the New Testament have been very instrumental in helping me learn how to treat others and live a flourishing life.

A book written by Clifton Taulbert, “Eight Habits of the Heart for Educators,” is a guide to building strong school communities through timeless values.

  • What qualities make someone particularly successful in the area in which they teach?

It is a challenge for leaders to keep current with the changes in the local, state and national expectations and to stay current with the rapid changes in technology and communication channels.
