  • Why did you start teaching?

    "If you have knowledge, let others light their candles in it." – Margaret Fuller

  • What advice would you give to those considering this program?

    Online programs require time management skills and personal motivation. Those don't come naturally for many, so work on developing those skills. Also, communicate with your professor. It can make a world of difference.

  • What is the one book you think everyone should read?

    "Thinking in Systems: A Primer" by Donella H. Meadows. She shows how interconnected our world is and how decisions can affect those around you.

  • Tell us something your students may not know about you.

    I love to bake when I'm stressed and would love to be on "The Great British Baking Show."

  • What do you want students to learn in your class(es)?
