Financial Aid

Financial assistance may be available to participants in the Academic Partnerships program in the form of Student loans. To begin the financial aid process you should:

1. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online. Indicate 001090 as your school code on the FAFSA.
2. Complete the ASU admission process for the Academic Partnerships program.
3. Register for at least six degree-seeking hours of graduate courses through the Academic Partnerships program each fall and spring semester and at least three degree-seeking hours during the summer.
4. Monitor your Astate email account for further instructions from the ASU Financial Aid Office.

Students should allow up to 4-6 weeks for the financial aid process to be completed.

Students will not be allowed to begin their course even if the financial aid process is in progress. You must pay for your course by the tuition deadline even if your financial aid has not arrived. No exceptions can be made to this policy.

Note: In accordance with federal financial aid guidelines, students in a Program of Study are considered non-degree seeking candidates rather than degree-seeking candidates and are, therefore, ineligible for financial aid. This does not apply if you are seeking a MSE (master's degree).
